Portfolio Competitions

Advanced

1. All entries must have been taken underwater. Swimming pool and aquarium shots are not eligible, unless specifically allowed for a special competition.
2. The entrant must be the photographer.
3. Images entered must not have come first, second or third in a national or international competition, such as BSoUP Portfolio Competitions or the BSoUP or St Abbs Splash-Ins, Image, U/W Photographer of the Year, Wildlife Photographer of the Year, Marine Conservation Society, etc.
4. There is no time limit on when images were taken.
5. The entry shall comprise of six images, laid out on a slide, on any colour background, 1400 pixels wide by 1050 pixels tall (at a resolution of 72 pixels/inch), organised in two rows of three images, with or without borders and saved as a jpeg file.
6. File names should include the entrant's name e.g.jsmithport.jpg
7. Only one entry per person.

Beginner

2. The entrant must be the photographer.
3. The entrant must qualify as a 'Beginner' - see above.
4. There is no time limit on when images were taken.
5. The entry shall comprise of three images, each a maximum of 1400 pixels wide by 1050 pixels tall (at a resolution of 72 pixels/inch). The images will be shown sequentially.
6. File names should include the entrant's name e.g.jsmithport1.jpg
7. Only one entry of three images per person.
